Ashley Monroe

Ashley Monroe is an American country music artist and singer. Her debut singles came out in 2007 and an album entitled Satisfied. In 2013, she debuted her second album titled Like a Rose. Ashley Monroe performing with Blake Shelton in the year 2015. she came out with The Blade. This album has earned her fame and acclaim. Ashley Monroe holds a position as the Assistant Village Manager for Riverside Illinois. She has more than 15 years' experience in the public sector which includes nearly five year stints within Iowa City. She is currently the Village Manager's Assistant and has a variety of responsibilities, including managing the Community Development and Building Department in charge of grants and special projects. Ashley's role as Riverside's Assistant Village Manager is to support in the daily operations of the village's services and carry out the strategic vision set forth by elected officials. Ashley's roles include municipal planning budgeting, management of staff and collective bargaining. Ashley also focuses on the climate issues. Ashley is able to utilize her previous experience of working in a variety of community and national institutions. She also has gained insight in the ways that public organizations function.
